Join a cosmetic and general dental practice as a dental assistant working alongside another assistant in a team-focused environment. The role involves assisting the dentist during various procedures, taking and developing dental radiographs, recording medical history and vital signs, and preparing and sterilizing instruments while serving as an infection control officer who develops infection control protocol. Additional responsibilities include helping patients feel comfortable before, during, and after treatment, providing post-operative and oral hygiene instructions, taking impressions for study casts, supporting direct patient care across dental specialties (orthodontics, pediatric dentistry, periodontics, and oral surgery), and performing office management tasks such as scheduling, answering phones, billing, and ordering supplies.
