Registered Dental Assistant

This general dental practice uses digital workflows, same-day crowns, and CBCT-guided implants, and describes its culture as growth-driven and supportive. The role combines clinical assisting with leadership responsibilities and serves as a connector between patients, providers, and systems. Responsibilities include chairside assistance in restorative procedures, maintaining clinical flow and room turnovers, ensuring OSHA/HIPAA compliance and sterile protocols, managing clinical supplies and ordering, mentoring junior assistants, and operating digital scanners and imaging systems. Required: radiography certification, at least 18 months of clinical dental experience, knowledge of dental practice management software (Open Dental a plus), strong verbal communication and patient-education skills, and OSHA/HIPAA compliance. EFDA license, digital dentistry experience, case-presentation skills, and bilingual abilities are listed as preferred.
