Role Overview
The practice provides comprehensive general dentistry in a modern office and emphasizes high-quality care, efficient systems, and a collaborative team culture. The Associate Dentist will deliver general dental services including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative procedures, extractions and basic oral surgery, endodontic and periodontal procedures as comfortable, preventive care, and patient education while maintaining records and adhering to OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards.
Applicants must hold a DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school and an active, unrestricted California dental license, with more than one year of dental clinic experience. The position offers flexible scheduling of 1–5 days per week, a competitive daily rate or percentage of collections (DOE), modern equipment and digital systems, potential for ownership transition, relocation assistance, and a retirement plan.
