Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) at JAX Dental Studio Jacksonville, FL

Seeking a Dental Assistant to support dentists during procedures and help maintain efficient clinic operations. Responsibilities include chairside assisting, preparing and maintaining treatment rooms, taking X-rays, recording patient medical history and vital signs in EMR systems, managing dental documentation and records with HIPAA compliance, using dental software such as Eaglesoft for appointments and patient information, educating patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care, and collaborating with the receptionist to maintain patient flow. Qualifications state previous dental assisting experience is preferred, proficiency in EMR systems with familiarity with Eaglesoft or Dentrix highly desirable, knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and infection control, experience with four-handed dentistry is an advantage, strong communication skills across all ages, commitment to professional patient care, and required certification in radiology or relevant dental assisting credentials.
