Associate Dentist for Private Practice

Associate dentist position in a privately owned general practice that has experienced rapid growth and a high volume of new patients. The practice offers a modern, fully digital office with CBCT, intraoral camera, implant placement and restoration opportunities, PRF and advanced surgical procedures, IV sedation mentorship available, and highly trained hygienists and assistants. Pay structure is 30% of adjusted production, with a competitive guaranteed salary plus production-based compensation. Flexible scheduling with an opening to cover an associate who worked Wednesday–Friday and potential to expand to four or five days per week. Candidates should hold a DDS or DMD (new graduates may apply) and a Texas dental license or be eligible for one.
