Registered Dental Hygienist

Private family dental practice seeking a licensed dental hygienist with at least one year of clinical experience and current MN Dental Hygiene License. The role involves routine prophylaxis (scaling and polishing), taking and developing digital radiographs and intraoral photography, screening for oral disease, assisting the dentist with diagnosis and treatment planning, providing patient oral hygiene education, and administering fluoride treatments and sealants. Candidates must hold CPR certification and have completed a dental hygiene program; experience diagnosing and treating periodontal disease and managing their own schedule are required. Position is full- or part-time in-office with weekday hours (Mon–Wed 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Thu 8:00 AM–3:00 PM), no evenings or weekends. The practice offers a fully digital, modern clinical environment providing endodontics, oral surgery, Invisalign, crown and bridge, implant restorations, and removable prosthodontics. Compensation and benefits include an hourly rate of $53–$56, 401(k) with match, paid holidays and PTO (full time only), performance bonuses, uniform allowance, employee dental benefits, and free weekends. Applicants must be able to commute or relocate to Chaska, MN and will progress through phone, in-person, and working interviews.
