Seeking a Patient Coordinator to support a busy private dental practice focused on relationships and patient care. Responsibilities include scheduling and optimizing both active and inactive patient appointments, checking patients in and out, verifying insurance benefits and explaining coverage and out-of-pocket costs, answering phones, presenting treatment plans, and creating a warm, helpful patient experience while collaborating with the team.
Preferred qualifications include dental knowledge and familiarity with dental terminology and procedures, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to present treatment plans confidently, Dentrix proficiency strongly preferred, self-motivation, and a stable work history. The role is in person and lists 3 years of dental front office experience as preferred.
