Seeking a full-time General Dentist to join an established, collaborative clinical team serving primarily adults (approximately 90% adult, 10% pediatric). The practice includes three General Dentists, four specialists in Oral Surgery, Orthodontics, and Periodontics, and experienced hygienists. Clinical responsibilities include comprehensive general dentistry such as crowns and bridges, anterior and molar root canals, extractions, diagnosis and treatment planning, and delivering patient care from consultation through treatment. The role favors broad-scope clinicians who practice with clinical autonomy, prioritize quality of care over production, and build long-term patient relationships. Candidates should have an active New York Medicaid provider number, be able to practice independently, and the practice prefers clinicians with 2+ years of clinical experience and GPR or AEGD residency completion. Schedule is Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, and every other Saturday 9:00 AM–2:00 PM; target start is ASAP/September. Compensation and benefits include 33–35% of collections, an $800–$850 daily guarantee for the first six months, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), tenure-based malpractice reimbursement, relocation assistance considered case-by-case, and H-1B and TN visa sponsorship availability for eligible candidates.
