Registered Dental Assistant

Seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to support dentists chairside across restorative, endodontic, prosthodontic, oral surgery, and pediatric procedures. Responsibilities include preparing and sterilizing instruments, taking and developing dental radiographs, monitoring vital signs and medical imaging as needed, educating patients on oral hygiene and post-procedure care, and assisting with scheduling and reception duties. The role involves managing patient records in EMR systems such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft and maintaining confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA. Candidates should be proficient in four-handed dentistry and chairside assisting, familiar with dental terminology, anatomy, equipment operation, sterilization, and infection prevention protocols, and able to perform X-ray procedures while following radiation safety standards. Experience with EMR systems and strong communication skills for patient education and management are required. The position is paid at $22.00–$27.00 per hour and includes benefits such as 401(k) matching and health insurance.
