Expanded Functions Dental Assistant - Vandalia Smile Center

Full-time position, Monday through Thursday, for an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant. Required credentials include a high school diploma or equivalent, Ohio EFDA and X-ray certifications, and CPR certification. Pay range listed as $36–$38 per hour (based on experience). Open Dental experience preferred; experience overall preferred but training may be provided. Primary duties include assisting the dentist during treatments, performing expanded functions such as restorative procedures, coronal polishing, and sealant placement, taking and developing dental radiographs, preparing treatment rooms and instruments, maintaining patient records, following infection control protocols, and educating patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care.
