Dental Assistant (Part-Time)

Part-time Dental Assistant position supporting a dental practice that emphasizes friendly, professional, team-oriented patient care. Scheduled hours are Monday and Tuesday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM–3:00 PM. Responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing instruments, assisting the dentist with exams and procedures (fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, root canals, and other treatments), taking dental radiographs per state regulations, updating patient health histories and records, educating patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care, maintaining clinical supplies and infection-control protocols (OSHA, HIPAA, CDC), and providing customer service. A high school diploma or equivalent and any state-required dental assistant certification/registration/licensure are required; radiography and CPR/BLS certification and prior experience are preferred.
