Dental Hygienist — Full-Time Income, Part-Time Schedule

Part-time clinical hygiene position totaling 27 hours per week with a set schedule: Monday–Wednesday 8:00–15:00 and Thursday 8:00–14:00. No nights, no Fridays, no weekends, and no early 6:40 a.m. starts. Appointments are 60-minute minimums (except for young children) and treatment is fee-for-service with no PPO write-offs. Compensation is 32% of adjusted production on services performed in the hygienist’s chair; adjusted production is stated to be about 98% of gross. The role has no health insurance contribution and no paid holidays. The practice provides three hygiene rooms and equipment including iTero, Cavitron, Pearl AI (x-ray and voice notes), and Florida Probe perio charting.
