Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

Established, family-oriented dental practice seeking a full-time Registered Dental Assistant with an active Texas RDA license. The role includes chairside four-handed dentistry, instrument selection and setup, sterilization per OSHA, updating patient health histories, providing post-operative instructions, assisting with ordering and stocking supplies, and occasional Saturday shifts. Schedule is Monday–Friday 7:50 a.m.–5:00 p.m. with rare Saturdays 7:50 a.m.–12:00 p.m. Compensation is $17–$18 per hour plus monthly performance-based bonus opportunities. Requirements include an active Texas RDA license, one year of RDA experience, and active CPR certification; bilingual Spanish is noted as a plus.
