Dental Assistant - Private Practice, Solo Dentist

Privately owned, fee-for-service dental practice seeking an experienced Dental Assistant for in-person patient care. The role requires either 5+ years of chairside experience or graduation from an accredited CODA program, Virginia x-ray certification, proficiency with sterilization and instrument handling, inventory and lab case management, and computer skills (Oryx experience a plus). Patient care hours are Monday and Wednesday 8am–5pm, Tuesday and Thursday 7am–4pm, with no nights or weekends. The practice emphasizes high-quality patient communication, meticulous note-taking, attention to detail, and a desire to learn.
