Registered Dental Hygienist

Part-time, on-site Registered Dental Hygienist role providing preventive dental care, including prophylaxis, periodontal assessments, and non-surgical periodontal therapy. Daily responsibilities include reviewing medical histories, performing dental and periodontal charting, taking and interpreting radiographs, educating patients on oral hygiene and disease prevention, coordinating care with the dentist and team, documenting accurately, and maintaining infection control and sterilization standards. Candidate must hold an active Indiana RDH license, be proficient with dental radiographs and dental practice software, and demonstrate clinical dentistry and hygiene skills, knowledge of periodontal disease, CPR/BLS certification, and commitment to OSHA and HIPAA compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively in a small team, and efficient time management are required; prior general practice experience is preferred.
