Treatment Plan Coordinator

Growing dental practice seeking an experienced Treatment Plan Coordinator to guide patients from consultation to scheduled treatment, present treatment and financial options, and support case acceptance. The role includes leading and closing Invisalign consultations, explaining costs, insurance, financing, and payment options, maintaining treatment documentation and patient records, coordinating with the clinical team, following up with patients, and assisting clinically when needed. Candidates must have at least 3 years of dental experience. Preferred background includes treatment coordination, dental assisting, or dental front office experience; Invisalign consultation and case-closing experience is noted as a strong plus. Pay is $23.00–$26.00 per hour for an expected 32–35 hours per week.
