This full-time, hourly position offers a competitive compensation package including a $50,000 sign-on bonus, a $200,000 annual guarantee for the first two years, and participation in 30% of net collections with an average earning potential of $230,000–$400,000. The practice provides clinical autonomy with dedicated administrative support, one-on-one mentorship, and comprehensive continuing education in implants, clear aligners, and endodontics.
