Lead Dental Assistant

The Lead Dental Assistant role at Vineland Modern Dentistry in Orlando, FL is a full-time, leadership-oriented position supporting a high-volume, multi-specialty practice and reporting to the Practice Manager. The lead will serve as the clinical backbone of the operatory floor, chairside assisting on restorative, surgical, implant and ortho procedures, overseeing instrument and infection-control protocols, and mentoring junior assistants to maintain high standards. Strong emphasis is placed on reliable attendance, professional patient communication, and accurate clinical documentation within the practice management system. Compensation ranges from $18 to $28 per hour with performance-based bonuses, paid time off, and continuing education support. Candidates should be prepared to work a Monday–Friday schedule and perform at a consistently high level without close supervision.
