Pediatric Dentist

Seeking a full-time associate pediatric dentist to join a two-location, multi-specialty private, doctor-owned practice. Hiring for start dates from Fall 2026 through Summer 2027, with flexibility to accommodate residency graduation timelines. The clinical team includes four pediatric dentists, four general dentists practicing under pediatric protocols, a full-time orthodontist and a second orthodontist joining in early 2027. Both offices have digital radiography, paperless charting, ceiling-mounted TVs, and custom-themed environments designed for children. The practice holds operating privileges at multiple area hospitals and provides in-office general anesthesia for complex patients. The position offers a 4 to 4.5-day work week depending on hospital case scheduling, negotiable compensation, a $20,000 sign-on bonus, paid medical benefits, paid professional liability insurance, 401(k), and an annual CE allowance.
