Mondovi Dental in Trumbull, CT is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join a 4.9-star practice that blends private-practice autonomy with the resources of a larger network. The provider will lead patient care, conduct comprehensive exams, develop individualized treatment plans, and support an empowered team within a Monday–Thursday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. schedule. The role offers strong patient flow, mentorship, complimentary continuing education in implants, endo, and clear aligners, and systems designed to streamline operations. Compensation starts at $200,000 annually with additional benefits including malpractice coverage, health/dental/vision plans, retirement, and paid time off. Candidates must hold a DDS or DMD, an active state license (DEA/controlled substances as required), CPR certification, and legal authorization to work in the U.S.; sponsorship is available for qualified applicants.
