Pediatric Dentist

Full-time associate pediatric dentist position available with start dates from Fall 2026 through Summer 2027. The private, doctor-owned, two-location multi-specialty practice includes four pediatric dentists, four general dentists practicing under pediatric protocols, a full-time orthodontist, and a second orthodontist joining in early 2027. Both locations have digital radiography, paperless charting, ceiling-mounted TVs, and custom-themed environments; the practice holds operating privileges at several area hospitals and offers general anesthesia in-office. The position includes a $20,000 sign-on bonus, a 4 to 4.5-day work week depending on hospital case scheduling, negotiable compensation, paid medical benefits, paid professional liability insurance, a 401(k), and an annual CE allowance. The practice serves Northwest Arkansas and participates in community outreach.
