Registered Dental Hygienist

Seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to work 2–3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday) in a San Diego practice. Responsibilities include performing dental cleanings, patient assessments and medical history review, taking digital X-rays with infection control protocols, educating patients on oral hygiene and preventive care, maintaining HIPAA-compliant patient records, and assisting with documentation, charting, and EHR/EMR systems. Candidates must hold an active California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license and required current certifications to practice. Experience in a dental office is preferred; pediatric or general dentistry experience is a plus. Position notes proficiency with dental software/EHR, knowledge of dental terminology and infection control, strong communication and patient care skills, and a professional, compassionate, team-oriented approach. Hourly pay is $53.00–$60.00 and benefits may be available based on eligibility and hours worked, including 401(k), health insurance, vision insurance, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.
