Role Overview

Seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to support an endodontic specialty practice, assisting the endodontist with procedures such as root canals, retreatments, and apical surgeries. Responsibilities include chairside support, preparing and sterilizing instruments and treatment rooms, taking digital X-rays and CBCT scans, maintaining patient records and charting, educating patients on post-operative care, managing clinical supply inventory, and ensuring compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and CDC guidelines. An active RDA license in California is preferred and a dental x-ray license is required. Previous endodontic practice experience is strongly preferred. The role requires familiarity with dental software, digital imaging, Microsoft Word and Excel, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask and work in a team. Experience with operating microscopes, rotary endodontic systems, and CBCT imaging is preferred. Position is available full-time or part-time, Monday through Friday. Compensation includes an hourly wage based on experience, health and dental insurance, a retirement plan, paid time off and holidays, and continuing education opportunities.
