RDA - Registered Dental Assistant

Seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to support dentists during procedures across general dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, and pediatric dentistry. Responsibilities include chairside assisting and four-handed dentistry, preparing and sterilizing treatment rooms and instruments, taking and developing dental X-rays and 3D scans following radiation safety protocols, performing vital signs assessments and medical history updates, and maintaining infection control through aseptic techniques. The role also involves using electronic medical record systems (examples listed: Eaglesoft, Dentrix, Epic, OpenDental), documenting treatment details, and supporting administrative duties such as scheduling, greeting patients, and managing medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA. Candidates should have proficiency with dental assisting techniques, medical and dental terminology, operation of dental imaging equipment, and familiarity with pediatric dentistry practices.
