Dental Front Desk Specialist

Brooklane Family Dental in Hueytown, AL is seeking a full‑time Dental Front Desk Specialist to manage patient scheduling, insurance verification, treatment planning, and payment posting at its busy private practice. The role requires daily interaction with patients and carriers to explain coverage and financial responsibilities clearly while keeping operations running smoothly. Candidates should have at least three years’ hands‑on experience with in‑network dental insurance, coordination of benefits, treatment planning, and insurance posting; familiarity with Eaglesoft, Weave, and Microsoft Office is preferred. This is an in‑person, full‑time position offering pay from $18.00 per hour and benefits including BCBSAL health (50% employer paid), vision, in‑house dental, PTO, paid holidays, and development assistance.
