Certified EFDA Dental Assistant

Part-time dental assistant position in a private, family-owned general and cosmetic practice. Responsibilities include assisting the dentist with general and cosmetic procedures, preparing and stocking operatories, taking digital X-rays as permitted, sterilizing instruments, assisting with impressions and digital scanning, providing pre- and post-treatment instructions, documenting clinical information, and supporting efficient patient flow while collaborating with the dentist, hygienists, and front office. Experience as a dental assistant is preferred but candidates with limited experience who are eager to learn will be considered. Florida EFDA and dental radiography certification are preferred. The practice values dependability, strong communication, a positive attitude, comfort with learning new technology and clinical systems, teamwork, and attention to detail.
