Dental Treatment Coordinator

Full-time Dental Treatment Coordinator position supporting patient-provider communication, documentation, scheduling, billing, and office flow. Responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling and managing appointments with Open Dental, verifying insurance eligibility and authorizations, presenting treatment plans and fees, collecting payments, coding with CPT and ICD-10, maintaining HIPAA-compliant records, coordinating with clinical staff, answering phones, and assisting with new patient intake. Role requires knowledge of dental terminology and treatment planning, familiarity with insurance verification and billing processes, understanding of HIPAA, CPT, and ICD-10 coding, and experience with Open Dental or similar systems. The schedule is Monday–Thursday, 7:45 AM–5:00 PM, with no Fridays or weekends. Pay range listed as $23.00–$27.00 per hour.
