Full-time General Dentist position offering a $50,000 sign-on bonus and a $200,000 annual income guarantee for the first two years. Compensation includes 30% of net collections and an average salary range listed as $230,000–$400,000. The role includes participation in an Employee Stock Ownership Program. Company-paid professional liability insurance, state license, and DEA are provided, along with company-paid financial planning assistance. The position offers a robust internal and external continuing education program covering implants, clear aligners, endodontics, and more, one-on-one mentorship, clinical autonomy with non-clinical administrative support, no emergency call requirement, a flexible schedule, and assistance with the immigration sponsorship process. Employment is contingent on a satisfactory background check and drug screen. Required or acceptable credentials include a DDS or DMD degree (or current enrollment in an accredited dental school), a current or obtainable state dental license, DEA certification, and CPR/BLS certification or the ability to obtain them.
