Associate Dentist

Seeking an Associate Dentist to work 2–3 days per week in an established, modern dental office. The practice offers an established patient base, a strong hygiene program with consistent patient flow, experienced clinical and administrative support, and flexible scheduling. Services provided include preventive and restorative dentistry, crown and bridge, endodontics, extractions, implant restoration, and comprehensive treatment planning. Candidates must hold a DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school and have or be able to obtain an active Idaho dental license. The practice emphasizes excellent communication, ability to diagnose and present comprehensive treatment plans, commitment to high-quality dentistry, and a personable, team-oriented, ethical approach focused on building long-term patient relationships. Compensation is described as competitive with daily guarantee and/or percentage of collections/production; stated pay ranges are $192,004.11–$231,230.75 per year and $190,613.00–$229,555.45 per year.
