Registered Dental Hygienist

The practice is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist who focuses on patient education and preventive care, including customizing home-care routines, explaining oral-systemic connections, and providing nutritional and lifestyle counseling. Clinical responsibilities include performing thorough screenings, periodontal charting, taking digital radiographs and intraoral images, and providing prophy and periodontal services with a Cavitron. The role involves close collaboration with dentists and the clinical team to co-diagnose, develop treatment plans, and deliver pre- and post-op instructions. Additional duties include maintaining clinical notes, following sterilization and infection control protocols, and keeping the operatory running smoothly.
