Certified Dental Assistant

Seeking a Certified Dental Assistant to support dental procedures and patient care within a clinical team. Responsibilities include chairside assistance for examinations and treatments across general dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, and surgical care; preparing and maintaining treatment areas with infection control and aseptic techniques; taking and developing X-rays and performing medical imaging, including use of 3D scanners; monitoring vital signs; and using EMR systems such as Dentrix for documentation and coding while following HIPAA. Certification as a Dental Assistant is preferred. Experience with EMR systems like Dentrix, prior dental clinic experience, knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and infection control, proficiency with X-rays and 3D scanners, strong communication and organizational skills, and ability to work collaboratively are noted.
