Dental Hygienist

Seeking a licensed Maine RDH to join an evidence-based practice led by a Kois-trained dentist. The position focuses on advanced periodontal care including diode laser therapy, saliva testing, Guided Biofilm Therapy with air-powder polishing, and use of a full digital workflow (Planmeca CBCT, Medit scanners, intraoral photography). Appointments include 60-minute recare and 90-minute new-patient blocks, with longer blocks for SRP and new patients, plus clear clinical protocols, regular calibration, and opportunities for skill expansion and clinical leadership. Schedule is Tuesday–Friday with specific daily hours: Tue & Thu 7–4, Wed 8–5, Fri 8–3, and staff are asked to arrive 30 minutes before patient care and stay about 30 minutes after. Compensation is $45–55/hour based on experience with a production bonus; listed pay range also notes $45.00–$57.00 per hour.
