Senior Dental Hygienist - Lead Our Preventative Care Expansion

Seeking a Senior Dental Hygienist to expand the hygiene department, improve patient retention and recurring appointment adherence, and develop enhanced preventative care services and oral health education. Responsibilities include providing chairside care using advanced periodontal therapy techniques and contributing to growth toward a hygiene production goal of $1 million+. Candidate must have at least 5 years’ dental hygiene experience, current licensing and certifications, strong patient communication skills, and a commitment to learning new technologies. Compensation is $60–$68 per hour with a 4% production bonus on whole office collections; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer match, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, gym membership, and potential for remote roles. The practice is a privately owned, fee-for-service, 8-operatory general practice with over 9,500 active patients, accepts all PPOs and is in-network with three major providers, and does not take HMO, Medicaid, late evening, or weekend hours.
