Role Overview
Seeking a dependable Dental Hygiene Assistant to support hygienists and help maintain efficient patient care in a family-owned general practice. Responsibilities include preparing and resetting treatment rooms for hygiene appointments, taking X-rays, keeping the hygiene schedule on time, performing sterilization and infection control, stocking and organizing hygiene rooms and supplies, assisting hygienists during procedures, assisting doctors with emergency exams or treatment as needed, and supporting the front desk or other clinical team as needed. A dental assistant license is required.
Schedule is 2–4 days a week with possible flexibility. Benefits include paid vacation, paid sick/personal time, medical insurance, dental coverage, a retirement plan, 401(k), employee discount, paid sick time, paid time off, and a uniform allowance. Pay is $25.00–$30.00 per hour. Work is in person.
