Part time Dental Assistant

Part-time dental assistant position available in a patient-focused dental practice. Role includes chairside assistance during procedures, preparing and sterilizing instruments and treatment rooms, taking and developing X-rays as directed, greeting patients and reviewing medical histories, documenting records, maintaining supply inventory and assisting with ordering, and educating patients on post-treatment care and oral hygiene. Prior dental assisting experience is preferred but entry-level candidates are welcome. Candidates should have knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and infection control, be willing to obtain dental radiography certification if needed, and demonstrate strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, punctuality, and teamwork skills.
