Dental Hygienist - Part Time

Part-time position for a Registered Dental Hygienist working two days per week in an established, privately owned dental practice with a large hygiene department and three dentists. The practice offers dedicated hygiene operatories, modern technology, a strong front-office and clinical support team, and an operations coordinator; the role includes working with a busy patient base and a collaborative team culture that values clinical judgment, teamwork, patient relationships, and maintaining a positive workplace. Candidates must be licensed or license-eligible as a Minnesota Registered Dental Hygienist and provide evidence-based patient care, communicate confidently with patients and doctors, and be comfortable identifying and discussing periodontal disease. New graduates are encouraged to apply; the practice will teach systems and help new hygienists develop clinically. Compensation is $55–$60 per hour, depending on experience and fit.
