Dental Hygienist - Unmatched Flexibility and Uncapped Hybrid Compensation

This opportunity is for a Registered Dental Hygienist at a busy, privately owned dental practice with a large hygiene department, three dentists, dedicated hygiene operatories, modern technology, and an established patient base. The position follows a Monday–Thursday schedule and emphasizes evidence-based care, collaboration with doctors, patient education, and appropriate periodontal diagnosis and communication. Compensation includes a guaranteed base wage of $55/hour with an optional hybrid model that can increase pay based on adjusted hygiene production; the practice will use whichever compensation calculation yields the higher rate.
