Dental Assistant

Lahaina Smiles Dental in Lahaina, HI is seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to join its newly rebuilt clinic, offering $21–$28 per hour. The role supports dentists with four-handed dentistry, radiographs, instrument sterilization, patient education, and occasional front-desk duties using dental software such as Curve. The ideal candidate brings prior clinical assisting experience, knowledge of aseptic techniques, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain accurate patient records. The position is primarily Monday–Friday with potential for a 4-day workweek and a hybrid assisting/reception schedule as needed.
