Seeking a General Dentist who has a strong interest in endodontics and wants to perform more root canal procedures while maintaining a comprehensive scope of practice. The position offers clinical autonomy, access to modern technology and resources, a full clinical team, mentorship and collaboration with experienced doctors, and a strong patient base with consistent demand for restorative and endodontic services. Requirements include a DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school, current dental licensure in the state of hire (or eligibility for licensure in Missouri), the ability to travel overnight to monthly training sessions during the first year, and availability to work Fridays with an option to add another day. The role involves diagnosing and treating oral health and endodontic needs, using x-rays and diagnostic equipment, counseling and educating patients, and assisting with leading and supervising office team members.
