Dental Hygienist

Join a two-doctor practice using Dentrix with a 14-person team. Schedule options include Monday–Thursday hours (detailed times provided) and the position may be part-time. Clinical appointment lengths are listed as 60 minutes for recare and 90 minutes for new patients. The practice uses Arestin, iTero, and Velscope and offers CE coverage. Pay is bi-weekly hourly with an option for Daily Pay and opportunities for daily and quarterly bonuses. A $7,500 welcome bonus is included. Full-time status is defined as a minimum of 30 hours to qualify for the full benefits package (UnitedHealthcare PPO, paid holidays, 401k, dental, vision, wellness benefits and more); part-time benefits include dental, paid holidays, 401k, and wellness benefits. Continuing education, 1:1 hygiene mentorship, and access to national support resources are available. Minimum qualifications include a current Missouri dental hygienist license, an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene where required, and CPR certification. Preferred experience includes use of Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical records. Reasonable accommodations may be made for essential duties.
