Dental Assistant Team Lead

A school-based mobile dental practice is hiring a full-time Dental Assistant/Expanded Functions Dental Assistant Team Lead to provide care to underserved children at schools. The role involves assisting with digital X-rays, patient charting, coronal polishing (preferred), equipment setup/sterilization, daily travel to school sites, and maintaining patient records. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, CPR certification, X-ray license, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. As Team Lead, responsibilities include driving a company vehicle, ordering supplies, performing back-office duties, spore testing, keeping the van and equipment in good condition, and ensuring punctuality and organization. The position follows a school-day schedule (about 6–7 hours, typically ~8:00 AM–3:00 PM), with evenings, weekends, and summers off.
