Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator

Join a dental team that has operated for over 30 years and uses advanced technology, including same-day CEREC crowns, to provide cosmetic and orthodontic services. The role is full time, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, and pays $22.00–$25.00 per hour based on experience. As a Dental/Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator you will greet patients, present and explain orthodontic treatment plans and financial options, collect copays and payments, schedule appointments and follow-ups, verify insurance benefits, assist with financing options, and follow up on outstanding balances. Prior dental office and orthodontic treatment coordination experience and familiarity with orthodontic terminology and insurance are required. The practice offers medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off, and requires occasional lifting up to 15 pounds.
