Established multi-specialty neighborhood practice seeks a Clinical Leader to join a team that has provided full-service dental care for over 45 years. The role is full time, five days per week, and requires a DDS or DMD, a current active New Jersey dental license, CDS and DEA licenses, and a minimum of five years' clinical experience in a dental practice. The doctor must be proficient in comprehensive exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning, educate patients and parents about treatment options and oral health, communicate and mentor dental staff and treatment doctors, prescribe medications as necessary, and document medications, diagnoses, treatments, and consultations. The position includes a guaranteed base pay plus incentive, company-paid malpractice insurance, a comprehensive benefits package, 401(k), and a continuing education allowance.
