Registered Dental Hygienist | $55–$65/Hour + Production Bonus | 1-Hour Appointments | 4-Day Workweek | Supportive, Long-Tenured Team | Fanwood, NJ

This practice is seeking a registered dental hygienist to join a long-tenured, close-knit team. The role can be full- or part-time with a four-day workweek and a regular hygiene schedule; typical hours are Tuesday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, Wednesday 10:00 AM–6:00 PM, Thursday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM–1:00 PM, plus one Saturday per month 8:00 AM–1:00 PM (the corresponding Friday off). Appointments are scheduled for one hour to allow unhurried care. Pay is listed at $55 to $65 per hour with production goal bonuses. Benefits include a 401(k) with a 4% match after one year, paid time off (one week in the first year, two weeks thereafter) and paid federal holidays. The practice uses fully digital, paperless technology (digital radiography, intraoral 3D scanner, Dentrix Ascend), Cavitron and piezoelectric scalers, and a Prophy jet. The ideal candidate is a licensed RDH with two or more years’ experience, comfortable in a digital practice, patient-focused, and interested in patient education and developing a periodontal program.
