Seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to provide chairside support to dentists, take and develop dental X-rays, sterilize and prepare instruments, and assist with patient management including obtaining medical histories and explaining treatment plans and post-operative instructions. The role includes maintaining accurate patient records, scheduling appointments, handling administrative tasks such as answering phones and processing insurance claims, and educating patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.
Candidates must have completed an accredited dental assisting program and hold current registration as a Dental Assistant (RDA) in the applicable state or region, possess X-ray certification, and be proficient with dental software and computer skills. Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to confidentiality and ethical patient care are required; CPR certification is preferred but not required.
