Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care including scaling, polishing, fluoride applications, taking and developing dental radiographs, and measuring vital signs. Perform patient assessments, review medical histories, educate patients on oral care, and assist the dentist chairside using four-handed techniques.
Maintain accurate electronic health records using systems such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix with HIPAA-compliant confidentiality, and manage infection prevention by sterilizing equipment and following aseptic and infection control protocols. Valid state licensure as a Dental Hygienist and current clinical certification are required; experience in general or pediatric dentistry and proficiency with dental terminology, medical coding, and x-ray procedures are preferred. The position is paid ($50.00–$60.00 per hour), offers a flexible schedule, and is in-person.
