Dental Hygienist

Seeking a Dental Hygienist for a patient-focused practice. Position offers $60–$63 per hour, 1–2 days per week with hours from 9:00 AM–3:00 PM and 1-hour treatment appointments (with extra time when needed). New graduates may apply. Clinical responsibilities include comprehensive hygiene exams and assessments, periodontal charting, taking/reviewing X-rays, prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, fluoride treatments, patient education and oral hygiene instruction, identifying concerns for the dentist, and maintaining clinical documentation. Requires a current New York State Dental Hygiene License. The practice uses technologies such as iTero, dental laser, Denticon, CBCT, and Cavitron and offers a 401(k) retirement plan.
