This role involves delivering hygiene care using longer appointment times and evidence-based protocols to foster patient relationships and quality treatment. Responsibilities include performing prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, sealants, fluoride application, intraoral camera use, educating patients about their oral health, communicating with the dentist regarding restorative and periodontal needs, and collaborating with the team to support the patient experience.
The practice offers continuing education and group learning events, paid training, team events, and leadership and professional development programs.
