Seeking an Ohio-licensed Registered Dental Hygienist for a privately owned, growing practice with one doctor, two hygienists, and ten operatories. Schedule is Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM with optional Fridays; the role typically sees about eight patients per day and includes hygiene assistant support. The patient mix is mostly FFS/PPO. Compensation includes a $45–$55/hour base with 27% of adjusted hygiene production or the hourly rate—whichever is greater; accelerated hygiene is guaranteed to exceed the bonus threshold.
