Dental Hygienist

Pay is $100.00 per hour. The position is for a Dental Hygienist responsible for initial patient screenings, teeth cleaning (including plaque removal and fluoride application), taking X-rays or dental impressions, sterilizing instruments, maintaining patient documentation and charts, monitoring supplies, and assisting dentists with treatment selection. The role includes educating patients of all ages on oral care, giving post-procedure instructions, identifying conditions such as gingivitis, caries, periodontitis, and oral cancer, and handling dental emergencies. Required qualifications and attributes listed are proven experience as a Dental Hygienist or similar role, a Diploma in Dental Hygiene, a valid license to practice, in-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations (e.g. HIPAA), experience preparing and maintaining dental equipment, outstanding communication skills, a patient and friendly personality, attention to detail, and the stamina to meet the job’s physical demands.
